In taking M.Sc physics you should have studied physics for 3 full years in graduation then you can seek admission in M.Sc physics. Chemistry is not a necessary subject it is counted as an ancillary subject in B.Sc. So don't worry you will get M.Sc physics if you have B.Sc physics degree you can apply.

Delhi Technological University (DTU) offers M.Tech in various specializations for the duration of two years at PG level. BE/ B.Tech or M.Sci n the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks in aggregate is the minimum eligibility criteria for admission. GATE qualified candidates are eligible for admission.

Pursue any of this according to your interest. For getting government jobs, you need to clear exams like UPSC which has an optional paper. If you plan to choose PCM, as one of your optional paper go ahead with that subject. Anyway, choosing the subject in which you are most comfortable will elevate your preparation for other exams as you will have to give less time to the subject. Usually, Mathematics is chosen by many people if they are interested in clearing some government exams.

You want to M.Sc. Physics with computer Science. Right? Unfortunately you have not mentioned as to which college or which university you are interested in taking admission. If only you had given this information it would have been much easier to give you a proper and correct and detailed advice. I, still nothing is lost as I will attempt to answer your query. I am sure by now you would have decided on which college and which university you want to take admission after your graduation in physics or Computer Sciences. Yes y you can do M.Sc. Physics from distance. Annamalai University is offering the course. But you have to come at Tamil Nadu to attend the theory and practical classes. But it's a good opportunity. Regards.

For opting NITs and IITs, you should clear GATE exam, but if you want to do in private college, here are some:
BITS
Manipal University
Amrita University.
