My sister was also looking for a similar college last year. We found out that there are several colleges in India offering Diploma in business management through distance learning. The best reviews we received were for the Institute of Management Technology Centre for Distance Learning, Ghaziabad. She enrolled there without any issues and is happy with the progress in her career after completing her course.

Hi Nidhi,
Yes, of course, IIT itself has a great reputation. On-campus as well as off-campus placements are very easy to get.
My best wishes. All the very best.
