I think, there will be fifty multiple choice questions each containing 2 marks for correct response and -0.5 for wrong answer. 35 number of questions for physics (if physics major) and math, chemistry, Bio each contribute 5 questions I.e, 15 questions from non major part.

It depends on how receptive you are to it. It is however, the number one arts and Science College in India. They go up to the level of Ph.D and specialize in the Films and Semiconductors. so on and so forth, if you want the department to be good to you, you must too be good in return to it. Re-iterating, it depends on how open you are to receive from others.
