I. Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology/ Architecture from educational Institutions approved by AICTE/Government or
ii. Master's degree in Chemistry / Life Science / Mathematics / Physics / related subjects from educational Institutions approved by UGC/ Government or
iii. Degrees obtained through Distance Education/ Correspondence Mode for the qualifying degree specified in [(I) or (ii)]. The Departments will follow test/interview procedure for screening in such cases. Iv. Candidates yet to appear or have appeared in the final examination for the qualifying degree specified in [ (I) or (ii)]

B.Sc (Hons) Physics/B.Sc with Physics as one of the subjects studied in all three years and mathematics as one of the subsidiary subjects with not less than 55% marks in
aggregate and not less than 55% in Physics and Mathematics taken together.

You have Masters degree in physics so you can apply for CSIR NET Physical Sciences. As per the latest notification CSIR NET 2018 will be held on 17th June 2018. Get the complete details from here - https://www.eduncle.com/csir-net-exam
To apply for the NET Exam you should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in Masters if you are from general/ OBC category or if you belong to SC/ST/PwD categories you should have scored minimum 50% aggregate.
To apply for the CSIR NET exam your maximum age should be 28 years. SC/ST/OBC/PWD/female applicants have up to 5 years relaxation in age criteria.
