Hi Rohan Nain, You can but limited universities will be available since you have a three-year degree course. You have to write to the universities personally, email them and find out. Visit the websites and read the FAQ section carefully and email them. Some may accept you after a WES evaluation. Once they confirm, you can apply and for that you have to take the GRE, TOEFL, etc.

You already did Master's right? Then, why are you choosing again a Master's? If your question is mistaken as B.Sc, better do M.Sc physics and try to clear NET or SLET for lectureship.
B.Ed also took two years but, now a days, good government job with B.Ed is a little bit tough to get due to the TRB and TET problems.
Good percentage in M.Sc will give you scope in research further with financial support.

The acadamy fee for M.Sc physics will be 25,000 roundly for 4 semesters including exam fee, convocation fee and tution fees. This fee, you need not to pay at the same time. You will be asked to pay in 4 installments.
For the hostel girls, last year, it was 72,000 per year including food. Hostel fee will be revised each year. So, for the next upcoming year, it will be announced soon.
So, totally, 1 lakh 70 thousand for two years of course including everything.
