Hi Ketan,
To apply to universities in Germany, France, Australia, Switzerland and Italy, you don't require a 4-year Bachelor's degree, they accept 3-years degree only. Some universities in USA also accept students depending on the admission rules of the university.

Admissions in Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay (IIT-B) will be through JAM 2018. The admissions through Joint Admission Test for M.Sc programmes (JAM) across Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore and Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) basically depend on eligibility criteria of JAM 2018 besides other factors including JAM score secured by a candidate and the corresponding JAM cut-off. As per the JAM eligibility criteria, if any candidate is not eligible for JAM, he/she can't fill JAM application form. Hello Pendyala,
Typically, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physics and must have passed the degree with an upper first class if you desire to study in top notch universities like University of Melbourne or Sydney. You must also take the IELTS. Australian universities generally do not require a GRE. Please check university websites for specific entry requirements before applying.

Most of the universities provide scholarships, but you should be able to get them. MIT, Howard, ULCA, Caltech, Princeton, etc., offer scholarships.

To seek admission in B.Sc Physics, the student must have cleared 10+2 with science subjects (PCM/PCB).
The percentage in 10+2 required for being eligible for the course may vary from college to college.
How to Get Admission in Bachelor of Science [B.Sc] (Physics)
Most of the colleges in India that offer B.Sc Physics give direct admission on the basis of marks obtained in 10+2, which is determined by the cut-off lists generated by each college. The student can seek admission if his marks match with the cut off announced by a college.

Yes, you are eligible for M.Sc Physics after completing B.Sc Physics and Chemistry.
If you completed your graduation with minimum 55%, then you have a great opportunity to get admission in IITs and IISc for M.Sc, IIT JAM in 2018.
