Yes, definitely you can. You need to prepare for the entrance first. You can prepare for GMAT and GRE from TIME or Career Launcher.

It is your discretion as both the courses are best. But still I would consider that you should to opt for MBA from USA (especially from Stanford, Harvard or Wharton if possible). Since you are also concerning for ROI then this would be the best course because MS in marketing (is also up to the mark) but not as like MBA.
