After M.Sc, you can go for Ph.D, because that would be a good line according to me. Also, the scope is very big and you can achieve big.

M.Sc in agriculture and IT is good according to me.
M.Sc agriculture
Lots of Governmentas well as Private job opportunities are present in front of Graduates. Talking about Government jobs, State Agriculture Departments recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts. Government Colleges also hires M.Sc Folks to work as Lecturers. Government Banks also hires them to fill up Officer level posts (that primarily deals with Agriculture related loans). Also check high salary jobs in India.
