Best options are those which you can get after your Ph.D, as you'll be going to research Field for no doubts. Although, an IIT or IISc degree in Biological Sciences with Computational Background will come in handy for a big package.

Here, I am discussing the better job scope for M.Sc Geography. But, it depends upon you which career is being liked by you among all the mentioned careers. Like, if you are interested in geography, then Cartography- related to maps, Survey, Urban and Regional Planning, Town planning, Geospatial Analyst, Climate Change Analysis, with a starting salary INR 2.35 lacs PA to INR 6.5 LPA, depending on the profile and kind of work.
