After M.Sc in chemistry, anyone can go for Ph.D or fellowship in the relevant field. You can start teaching in a school after M.Sc. You can also go to industries for posts like lab technician, assistant chemist, product designer/manufacturer, etc. Mostly, you can get opportunities for research.

Don't forget that it is a pure Science. Good teaching positions, with sufficient salary are not always found. So, you depend on Research which is not always funded by the UGC. Moreover, you take plenty of time to get a Ph.D. So, consider pros and cons carefully, before taking a decision.

Hi,
The basic eligibility criterion for pursuing M.Sc Psychology is having a graduation degree in any stream. However, many of the reputed universities demand graduation degree with Honors in Psychology or Psychology as one of the subjects studied in graduation from any of the recognized college/university.
