Its a very specific degree with vast scope only if you are an excellent researcher. The courses are offered at IIT Delhi, University of Pune, IISC, IIRS, IIT Bhuvneshvar , JNTU hyderabad and university of madras.
Few organizations in India where one can find jobs are Indian Institute of Tropical Meteorology, India Meteorology Department, Indian Air Force, Space Application Center, National Remote Sensing, Agency, Defense Research and Development Organization, Indian Space Research Organization etc.

Yes you can do MBA after Msc level .There is no restriction as such and that is totally depend on particular person career aim and future.

Every institute has it's own course specific fee structure. In order to know the exact fee it would be always advisable to browse through the official website of the institute where you wish to apply.
