ISRO, DRDO, Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer also recruit M.sc in organic chemistry.

There is a strong demand for Bioinformatics skills, either in a field relating to Biology or to IT. An MSc (Bioinformatics) opens up a range of job opportunities. The need for bio-informatician to make use of the data is well known among the industrialists and academicians in the area.

M.Sc with organic chemistry is a good option to get job in pharma industries.
However, you can do some courses on testing, which are generally related to Pharma.

Then you will be basically qualified. Get a first class and try for a Ph.D also to improve your chances.
