Candidates who have secured at least 55% marks in their Masters degree exams (in streams such as Humanities, Social Science, Electronic Science, Computer Science & Applications, etc. ). From a UGC recognised college/ university fulfill UGC NET 2018 eligibility criteria. It may be noted minimum percentage required to meet UGC NET eligibility criteria for candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD categories is 50%. Please refer the link below:

All time highest package is 27 LPA, many companies offer 20+LPA which includes Goldman Sachs, Walmart, Dunia Finance, Fuzzy Logics, Amazon, Two Roads( its a startup by IITK alumni only) etc.
The median package this time is 11.68 LPA. Though I must say, most of the students make it above the 10lpa mark . Some of the recruiters in the 1020lpa band are, Citicorp, Jp MorganChase, Accenture, United Health Groups, etc.
The lowest as of now is 6.5 LPA by EXL. I think TCS and Infosys also made offers little less than 10 LPA. Yes, we have been seeing a 100% placement for many years.
