The eligibility criteria for M.Sc in statistics from Mithibai College requires you to be a graduate with a Bachelor's degree obtained through the 10+2+3 system or an equivalent qualification with a minimum aggregate of 50% or equivalent CGPA of any of the Universities incorporated by an act of the central or state legislature in India. A Relaxation of 5% aggregate is there for SC/ST candidates.

Yes, women students can get admission for M.Sc statistics programme at Loyola College (LC, Chennai). Basic eligibility requires its candidates to have passed B.Sc. Statistics / Mathematics.
Admission guidelines:
The Candidates are selected on the basis of rank and marks scored in the TANCET 2016 exam. The TANCET, conducted by Anna University on behalf of Tamil Nadu government, is conducted annually for admissions in PG courses. The exam is not only for the students of Tamil Nadu, but for anyone who fulfills the eligibility criteria.
