Yes, a BMLT graduate can pursue an M.Sc. in Microbiology from St. Xavier's College. St. Xavier's and most of the college accept students from different life Science background, if you fulfil their eligibility criteria, which is mostly having a bachelor's degree and in some cases with a minimum percent is required.
