Yes, you can apply to the MS programme at New York University Tandon School of Engineering without work experience. To get in, you need a good undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher. While GRE scores are recommended for all applicants and required for full-time study, work experience is not a necessity. Acceptance rates are low and admission process is competitive. It taking into account your grades, test scores, essays, and recommendation letters. So, although work experience isn't a must, other applicants who have work experience may have an edge over you.
