M.Sc programmes offered at Indian Academy Degree College are Chemistry, Applied Genetics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Microbiology and Physics.The fees structure for M.Sc programmes for first year are as follows:For Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics,   and Physics: 30k.For Applied Genetics, Biochemistry, Biotechnology and Microbiology: 55k.The college also helps you for applying in scholarships and the above mentioned fees are only the first year fees that is, tuition fees all other charges are excluded from this amount including hostel charges, etc.

The latest cutoff information for M.Sc at CMS College of Science and Commerce for the academic year 2024 is to be released. The college by default releases the cutoff information in the month of June or July. However, based on the previous year's cutoff, it is expected that the cutoff for M.Sc programs will be around 55% marks.The college offers MSc in Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Applied Microbiology, Data Analytics and Applied Electronics.
