Yes, it is very much possible for the candidate to get admission at IIT Mandi with the rank between 600 and 650. IIT JAM is the accepting exam for MSc admission. The cutoff ranks for different courses closed at a range of 498 and 814. At rank of 600 and 650, candidate can get admission to Integrated + Ph.D. in Physics, which has the last-round closing rank of 814.

The Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Uttarakhand Medical Education University offers various scholarships to MS students.
