There is no system for cut off as such, but last year the list of selected candidates was closed after the fourth list. If you are selected then you'd be admitted under the Department of Zoology. Selected candidates are allotted in different colleges of DU, so there is no certainty whether you'd get Ramjas or not, that's what the university decides. In total, there are 46 seats in case of general category. You should have secured at least 50% marks in your graduation exam to be eligible for the entrance exam. The candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised school or board in India.
The candidate must have passed B.sc/B.sc (Hons) Zoology with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised university.
Candidates who have passed B.sc/ B.A in Medical and Allied Medical Sciences/ Biosciences/ Life sciences with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised university are also eligible to apply.
M.Sc. Zoology: Admission Process

Requirements: B. Sc. with Zoology as the main subject and any two of the following subsidiary subjects-Botany/Chemistry/ Genetics/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Fisheries or B. Sc. with Zoology as one of the subjects of equal value along with any two of the following optional subjects- Botany / Chemistry / Genetics / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Fisheries.
Note: The candidate must have secured at least 55% marks in zoology as well as 55% marks in
aggregate of zoology and subsidiary/ optional subjects.
