Dear,
It is better to go for aerospace engineering both in B.Tech and M.Tech. Aerospace has better job opportunity after B.Tech itself. Keep that opportunity open also. Best wishes.

You are not eligible for admission in M.Tech in aerospace engineering because the eligibility for M.Tech in aerospace engineering is graduation degree in aeronautical/ aerospace engineering or mechanical engineering. If you had PCM in 10+2, you can do aerospace engineering graduation degree to become eligible for M.Tech in aerospace engineering.

So if you are already doing btech from iitb it is a good option as you get master degree in 1 year and then pursue higher education. On the other hand if you are getting admission to mtech it totally depends on college there are colleges which are better than iit also there are which are not .Also the fees of foreign colleges is way too high than iits so one need a scholarship too. But at the end it comes to level of college.

Hi Krishna,
The eligibility criteria for pursuing a master's degree are holding a bachelor's degree in B.E/B.Tech in Aerospace or any other equivalent branches of engineering.
Admissions are done on the basis of GATE score or often an entrance. However, it varies from institute to institute as different institutes have different admission eligibility and criteria.
For the list of institutes, refer to the below link

Hope this helps.
