If you want to pursue M.Tech, then CSE will be best option and many government as well as prestigious institution provides M.Tech in CSE.

There are few universities where you can get admission in M.Tech CSE with any graduation degree in engineering. But you will have to do exceptionally will in GATE exam. Look for IITG as an option.

As far I know, in some colleges, it is allowed that student from other branches ,other than CSE can pursue his MTech in CSE but under some conditions. You have to write your GATE paper in CSE. Directly, other branches are not admitted as MTech is a research field and without knowledge. Colleges won't admit any non-BTech CSE into CSE in MTech.

IIT's require GATE score for M.Tech in India, GRE is applicable to foreign countries. Your GRE score is good and have a good work experience, better choose for MS in a road that will help you to grow very soon. All the best.

Netaji Subhas Open University - WBN is as below. Candidate must have completed graduation degree with mathematics as honours subject.
