If you want to work in chosen specialized computer science field then M.Tech is a very good option. M.Tech graduates draw better salary in comparison to M.Sc. IT graduates. You are advised to do M.Tech from IITs or NITs.

M.Tech is not a compulsion in India and hence, go for a job. You can do MBA after few years of experience.

If you want to earn more money without much efforts, go for MBA or else, M.Tech is a nice option. But technical line is a hectic one. MBA is more beneficial because it will add two degrees together i.e. management and technical one.
Good luck.

M.Tech is going good in our college. The placement for M.Tech in CSE is good and there are many good companies like Microsoft and so on hires from M.Tech students.

If you want to pursue MBA then you should go for M.Tech first and then gain some work experience of atleast 2 to 3 years and then pursue EMBA from reputed institutes. This will give you a high career jump and growth as well. EMBA is only for 1 year so you may save a year also and plus it will give more importance as compared to normal MBA because it will be a single specialization and EMBA will be overall Management course including every field of management.
