As a ex CSE student of LPU, I can answer this question better. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Dear Abhishek, Yes, you will be able to apply for government jobs after completing full-time M.Tech in CSE from LPU as LPU doesn't offer part-time M.Tech. I highly recommend LPU for the CSE programme based on the following points:
