In Telangana, a number of good colleges offer M.Tech courses in Electrical Engineering or Energy and Power Systems. Notable colleges are Osmania University in Hyderabad offering M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with specialisation in Power Systems, and the University College of Engineering, Osmania University that offers M.Tech in Power Systems and Energy. Hello Akash Dhekane, Normally speaking yes. GATE is the preferred choice for entrance examination of many universities for giving admission to PG courses in engineering. A student just need to select the correct paper to appear and if gets into merit, can get admission in PG course connected with this paper. Details can be downloaded from website of GATE.
