The eligibility criteria for admission to the Master of Engineering (M.Tech) programme at Sarvajanik College of Engineering & Technology (SCET) are as follows:Candidates must have passed B.E./B.Tech. or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC category).A valid GATE score is compulsory for admission to the M.Tech programme at SCET.Therefore, to be eligible for M.Tech admission at SCET, candidates need to have a relevant engineering degree with the specified minimum marks and a valid GATE score.

BE/BTech in the relevant discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate is the basic eligibility for admission to the M.Tech programme offered at Ramaiah Institute of Technology. Karnataka candidates belonging to SC/ST & Category-l need a minimum of 45% aggregate to be eligible for the programme.
