At PG level, NIT Jalandhar offers a two year M.Tech course. To be eligible for admission to this course, candidates must pass graduation with minimum 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA with BE/BTech subject from a recognised university. After meeting the basic educational requirements for the course, candidates will be able to appear for GATE and further admission process.

Candidate should have passed three-year Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline with minimum 60% (55% for SC/ST) or equivalent grade point on a 10 point scale in aggregate from a recognised University / Institution. Admission is through PGET (PG Entrance Test) conducted by Jaypee University of Information Technology. GATE Qualified candidates are exempted from PGET Entrance Test. However, they have to appear for the interview. CUET-PG qualified candidates are also considered for admission to MTech Program.

Candidates who has achelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Science or AMIE in the appropriate branch is eligiblr for M.Tech at New Horizon College. Admission to M.Tech is based on GATE CSE. It is mandatory for candidates to complete online application form, therfore they are advised to go through the application process carefully.

The qualification criteria for M.Tech at RajaRajeswari College of Designing (RRCE) could be a B.E/B.Tech degree with at slightest 50% (45% for saved castes) in any pertinent teach endorsed by AICTE. Confirmation to the M.Tech programme is allowed based on GATE/Karnataka PGCET score taken after by online counseling.

For admission to a two-year M.Tech course at MIT Manipal, there is minimum eligibility criteria that is required to fulfil by every aspirant. Candidates who passed graduation in a relevant branch of B.E. or BTech with minimum 50% aggregate from a recognised university are eligible to apply for this course. It's mandatory for all the aspirants to fulfil the eligibility requirement before applying for the course. MIT Manipal M.Tech admissions are completely based on the merit of candidates in the last qualifying exam of undergraduation and scores obtained in MET/ GATE entrance exam.
