Hi Jitendra,
There is no need to worry. The solution is simple. You have to give GATE exam. In GATE exam, you have to prepare for CS. After successfully cracking the exam, you will get admission in CS branch. While applying you need to mention the branch in which you are interested that's simple.

Minimum CPI of 6.0 or 55% of marks in the qualifying degree/Diploma as indicated below:Note: (a) All regular category candidates (except those having B.Tech/B.Des degrees from an IIT with a minimum CPI of 7.0) must possess a valid score of all India Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED).

Hi,Pass with certain aggregate marks in BE or B.Tech. (CSE or IT or ECE) or MCA or M.Sc. (IT or Computer Science) or equivalent subject to qualifying respective tests or GATE. Try to check top universities like Amity University, Lovely Professional University etc.
