Minimum CPI of 6.0 or 55% of marks in the qualifying degree/Diploma as indicated below:Note: (a) All regular category candidates (except those having B.Tech/B.Des degrees from an IIT with a minimum CPI of 7.0) must possess a valid score of all India Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED).

M.Tech (CSE)
Both GATE and Non GATE candidates are eligible to apply for admission with B.Tech/BE or MCA/M.Sc in CS/IT (& its allied areas) with a CGPA of at least 7.00 out of 10 or 65% marks. M.Tech (ECE)
Both GATE and Non GATE candidates are eligible to apply for admission with B.Tech/BE in ECE/EE (& its allied areas) or M.Sc. In Electronics (for ECE) with a CGPA of at least 7.00 out of 10 or 65% marks. Relaxation
