If your answer is yes, go for an MBA. For me, this worked well.
My suggestion:
India is a progressed nation. Our education system in terms of IITs and IIMs is well known to the world. I think, pursuing MBA/M.Tech from India's top institutions is equivalent and acceptable globally. Of course, exceptions exist. In UK, you will get UG in three years and if you get honors then you will one year paid internship. You will be able to earn 50% of tuition fees.
You will study from the latest technology whereas in India, you will study 5 years from old technology.

There are many good colleges available in India too which can provide you better placement & good salary. If still you want do it from abroad, Germany is considered hub for MS course, you can do from there.
