Duration, cost, part time job and stay back options are the factors to be considered to study abroad.
In UK, you will get UG in three years and if you get honors then you will one year paid internship. You will be able to earn 50% of tuition fees.
You will study from the latest technology whereas in India, you will study 5 years from old technology.

Yes, you can opt for M.Tech in the same field of design. However, there could be additional requirements. You have to check with the universities you want to apply to.

Legacy IITs Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kanpur, Kharagpur, Gauhati, Roorkee are the best Institute for doing M.Tech with best placement records. Admission in M.Tech is based on the GATE score.

Dear Anju,
There are many good colleges available in India too which can provide you better placement & good salary. If still you want do it from abroad, Germany is considered hub for MS course, you can do from there.
