The course fees for the two years M.Tech in IIIT Ranchi range from INR 2.5 Lacs - INR 7.5 lakh. The fees varies per the specialisations candidates wanst to pursue for. The MTech fees might include multiple other fee components. Candidates must make the fee payments during document verification at the campus.

Eligibility criteria for M.Tech candidates are given below:GATE candidates: Candidates must have a BTech degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent) from a recognised university. They must also have qualified the GATE exam with a minimum score of 750 (or equivalent).
