VNIT Nagpur M.Tech placements are very good. The average package offered to M.Tech students in 2023 was INR 10.17 LPA, with the highest package being INR 34.25 LPA. The top recruiting companies included TCS, Accenture, IBM, Amazon, and Microsoft.

One of Bangalore's top colleges for placements is MVJ College of Engineering. Every year, around 70 organizations, including both startups and large corporations, attend the MVJ College of Engineering placements drive. More than 200 businesses, according to the college, have already visited MVJCE. According to ICT Mumbai Engineering NIRF report 2022, a rise of 13% was witnessed in the M.Tech placement rate in 2021 as compared with 2020. The placement rate recorded during ICT Mumbai M.Tech placements 2021 was 63%. Earlier, the placement rate recorded during ICT Mumbai M.Tech placements 2020 and 2019 was 50% and 56%, respectively.

As per the placements statistics of previous years, the institute has witnessed a placement rate of 92.9% in the year 2022. Also, if looking at the placement records of the year 2021, the NIT Trichy average package for M.Tech was INR 7 LPA, which was the third the highest from other courses. IIT BHU's placement season in 2022 saw remarkable success with over 1,000 job offers extended. Among the highlights were 305 Pre-Placement Offers (PPOs), and an impressive 308 companies participating in the campus recruitment drive. A total of 640 students secured placements, with nearly 192 global companies offering full-time roles. Notably, on the first day of placements, 335 offers were made. Some of the prominent recruiters included Graviton Research Capital, Rakuten, Microsoft, Google, and Reliance.

The median package offered to M.Tech students during Amrita Bangalore placements 2022 was INR 6.40 LPA. Earlier, the median package offered to M.Tech students during 2021 placements was INR 5.75 LPA. Going back to 2020 placements, the median package offered to M.Tech students was also INR 4 LPA. The number of students placed during GITAM School of Technology Hyderabad placements 2022 is not released officially. However, the total number of offers made is out. More than 860 offers were received from top MNCs that participated in the 2022 recruitment process. In addition to this, the overall placement rate (including all the Schools) of GITAM University Hyderabad placements 2023 was 90%. The highest package and average package recorded for all the Schools of the Hyderabad campus were INR 32 LPA and INR 4.9 LPA, respectively. This pacement data is the overall data and is not specific to the M.Tech programme.
