Since you have already completed your PG in India, and since you have work experience it is better to apply for companies, which are present there rather than pursuing any courses. If you know any person who is living in Canada it would be easy for you to shift there and he/she could help you out in finding a job there.

Hi,
After M.Tech, you can do all the jobs which a B.Tech graduate can do but with a good salary if sufficient skills are there. Moreover, you can also teach in universities which B.Tech person couldn't. You can also do research work. Best of luck for your future.
