University of Rajasthan M.Tech applications can be submitted in two modes, online and offline. Those who wish to apply offline are required to first visit the official website and download the application form. After that they have to print it, fill it out, and send the application form to the university's admission office.

UNIRAJ has not yet released the placement rate for M.Tech courses specifically. However, the NIRF report 2023 contains information about PG two-year placements at the University of Rajasthan. As per that,  a total of 242 students were placed out of 2,197 students during the PG 2-year placements in 2022. Moreover, the median package offered to PG-2 year students stood at INR 6.35 LPA.

The University of Rajasthan M.Tech eligibility criteria state that candidates who have completed BE/BTech/MSc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university with a minimum of 55% in aggregate are eligible to apply for the M.Tech programme. Moreover, the eligibility criteria for SC/ST category candidates shall be reduced to minimum pass marks if required to fill the seats left vacant for these categories.

However, as per the recent statistics and demand in the market, the most famous M.Tech speciaslaition is Computer Science & Engineering and its sub-specialities.
