Amrita School of Engineering M.Tech admissions are completely entrance-based. To secure admission to the programme at Amritapuri campus, candidates need to pass graduation from a recognised university. Moreover, a valid GATE score is also required for the final admission.

Candidates who have passed a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields with a strong foundation in Mathematics and programming can apply for BESTIU M.Tech CSE programme. For all other specialisations, candidates must complete BTech or BE in Computer Science or its specialisation with a minimum of 45% aggregate.

Yes, candidates are offered admission in M.Tech course of BESTIU based on the marks acquired in the entrance exam, and marks/ grades obtained in the qualifying examination. Aspirants with a valid score in any other entrance test can get admission in the university provided they also fulfil the eligibility requirements.

According to the information available on the official website of the college, as per the previous academic calendar- the classes for Masters in Engineering courses offered at DSCE usually commence in September. Therefore,  it can be anticipated that the classes for this academic year will commence in the same month. However, the dates of the entrance exam have been released. So, firstly, candidates should prepare for the entrance exams according to their dates.

Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering M.Tech admission is completely entrance-based. The college accepts the scores of GATE and university-level entrance exams/ PGCET scores, followed by counselling. In addition, the university gives more preference to students who have secured a valid score in GATE.

The total tuition fees for M.Tech courses at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering is INR 5.5 lakh. The total fee is calculated based on various factors such as student categories, Management quota,  and others. Apart from the tuition fees, the other fee for M.Tech students at DSCE amounts to around INR 1.08 lakh. The fee amount mentioned is sourced from the official website/sanctioning body and is subject to change. Therefore, it is indicative.

The primary eligibility criteria to get admission into M.Tech courses at Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering is candidates must complete their BE/BTech degree with a minimum aggregate of 50%. The secondary eligibility criteria  is based on a written test conducted by the university/ PGCET scores followed by a counselling process. Additionally, candidates with valid GATE scores will be given first preference for the seat selection in the counselling process, then university rank holders.
