CIWG quota is specifically for undergraduate students admission under DASA scheme of government.For M.Tech admission in IITs and NITs you have to crack the GATE ( Gratitude Aptitude Test in Engineering) examination with good scores. It doesn't have any special quota for CIWG students. You can also participate in COAP and CCMT programs.
