NIT Puducherry accpets GATE exam scores for admission to its M.Tech courses. As per official sources, the GATE exam date for 2025 session is out. The exam is scheduled to be held from Feb 1 to Feb 16, 2025. To register, the students can visit the official GATE website.

The application portal for NIT Puducherry M.Tech is closed for 2024-25 admissions. The admission portal for the next academic year i.e., 2025-2026 is expected to open in the begining of 2025. To participate in CCMT counselling, students must have appeared for GATE exam.However, if seats are left vacant even after completion of all CCMT counselling rounds, then the vacant seas are filled on institute level. For allocation of vacant seats, the institute conducts a written test and interview session.
