The admissions to the MTech programmes of IIT Delhi are mainly on the basis of the GATE scores of the candidates. The cut-off scores of GATE eligibility change every year along with criteria like the area of specialisation, category of General, OBC, SC/ST, and the number of applications. Check out last year's M.Tech cutoff trends below: Computer Science and Engineering: Cut offs of GATE in 2023 for CSE at IIT Delhi is 675 for General, 640 for OBC and 500 for SC/ST/PwD.Other Specialisations: The cutoff for other streams is different. Yes, candidates who score 60% aggregate in Class 12 boards are eligible for the M.Tech course at Ponnaiyah Ramajayam Institute of Science and Technology.
