MITS is not bad College. And if interested in Computers than go for IT. MITS facilities are also good. I prefer you to go for IT. YOU can use Shiksha college Predictor:

First, you have to register online for B.Arch. For MITS Gwalior, the mode of admission is online.
I think the registration for B.Arch 2018 is open till 18th of June only, and for verification also, it the same i.e. 18th of June.

Yes, you have sufficient marks and enough rankings to be able to get into MITS Gwalior. Also, if you are from Madhya Pradesh itself, try for MANIT Bhopal too as home -state quota may lend you a seat there.

Sorry, these marks are comparatively lower than what is needed. For OBC , it's 100 required for getting into core branches of MITS Gwalior and around 80 for non-technical branches. Kindly try for ITM Gwalior, LNCT - Bhopal, GECU - Ujjain (if you need only govt., else not).

Sorry, but the rankings are not enough and are too far from the closing rank even from home state quota for general category. Round about 220000 are the least for chemical engineering. Moreover, you'll get into Biotech which is around 3 lakh rank in home state only.

In government colleges, you can either get into through JoSAA, state or college-level counselling. There is no such means for college-level counselling, though. These are all valid for private institutions.

Placements of MITS are good but then look at the placements of some good private universities like LPU, VIT, SRM, too. Check out there too. They have their different criteria for admissions. Yes, you can get seats easily through Home - state quota, but through other state, you should go for management quota or any such alternate option available.
