IIITM Gwalior is an autonomous college. It is established in 1997. It offers 40+ colleges which are PHD Courses,  Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Certificate programmes in various courses such as BE, MBA, BTECH, B.Sc, MSc, M.E, etc.  The admission to the college are solely based on the enteance exam such as JEE Main, GATE, CAT, etc. The college offers high placement opportunities to the students. The placement rate of the college is 72%. The highest placement offered by the college is INR 65 LPA and the average package offered by the Institute is 24.3 LPA. The recruiters of the Institute are Microsoft, Meta, Google, Adobe, Amazon, Samsung, Deloitte, HCL, IBM, Dell, etc.  

IIIT Jabalpur infrastructure have newly built campus has an awesome infrastructure with world class facilities. The Institute has a campus space of 260 acres (1.1 km2) and is close to the Domestic Airport and Dumna Nature Reserve Park . It has Wi-Fi, Labs, Classrooms, Library etc. facilities in the college are excellent and hostels are also good. Canteen, medical facilities, sports and games are also very good, The Indoor-Students Activity Center (SAC) provides the following facilities: Shuttle Badminton, Chess, Caroms and Table Tennis with wooden flooring, and other multi-Gyms activities.Overall, the infrastructure at IIITDM Jabalpur provides a nurturing environment for academic growth, and overall personalities .
