It can not be said that which is the top course offered but since we have the norm that MBBS is the top course I would say that MBBS is the top course only. However, the college has other master level programmes too say MD and MS so they are also top notch but it takes a level to reach there which is to do MBBS first.

Both the colleges offer B.Pharma programmes but Madras Medical College is the oldest among two and SRM has good state of Art facilities now it's upto the student to chose what is need the history or the facilities both are quite good and have their positives and negatives, but in overall comparision, both come at the same place. It's always a 50/50 situation, the choice is upto the student.
