Yes, you do require a domicile, even though you have done all your basic education in Maharashtra. It will take only 10 to 15 days. You can approach an agent, but they will charge around Rs.6000. It is better to do it yourself and everything will get over within Rs.50 to Rs.100.

Hi, I am also from Maharashtra and every college in Maharashtra accept student through MAH-CET except IITs and NITs. So, don't worry, you will get admission to those colleges if you score decent marks in the exam. Regards.

Form can be filled online
but document verification and document uploading needs to be done there
They will give you 15 days for the same
and they still havent declared any date so my guess it might be between 20th may -9th june for document verification
Then the online form filling comes which is 5 days later so there's still time
