1st shift offers you more time in hand. You have a lot of time to roam around, pursue a hobby, go back and relax, study- in short, anything you wish to do
2nd shift, there is no time for any other activity or usual outings after college, until and unless you've permission to enter your home late. The rules are stricter in 2nd shift. More discipline, more stress over attending not-so-useful labs, higher attendance criteria. But then, there's absolutely no difference or biasing on the basis of difference in shifts

You need a bachelor degree to do Masters. Film and Television production diploma course of Maharaja Agrasen College requires eligibility of 10+2 only. So, you are suggested to enroll for a bachelor degree after completing this diploma course.
You are now in class 12th. If you are looking for Master degree, then the requirement for the admission is graduation (i.e. completion of bachelor degree of 3 years). You need to do graduation in the same or in any course of your choice. So, first pursue Bachelor degree then Masters. However, you can go for the Diploma course in any field of your choice
