In MSc cutoff is not same for all the years because year on year cutoff change but mostly you have +60% in your graduation you can get admission.Any other degree completed and graduation also completed than you get more benefit in this cut-off because these marks are also calculated along with cutoff.Basic is minimum 60% needed but merit list is not the same always.

University is well known from many years but because of his admission process percentage is 55% required generally in some case lower percentage also accepted all details are available on his website admission section.You can apply with your all documents and fill up the form and all things are satisfied you can get admission.
