MSI. It has the best you can expect from any college of IP university for BBA. Placements:
The placements at MSI have been great so far. Do not expect hefty pay packages but a majority of the students who opt for placements get a job in some reputed company. The average package was Rs 2.8 Lacs while the highest was Rs. 28,50,000. Companies like Ernst & Young, Concentrix Corporation, Genpact, Aon-Hewitt, Yes Bank, Wipro, etc. visit every time and a majority of the students get placed within 2-3 days. Although, out of 340 students, only 163 opted for placements, still, all of them got placed in reputed firms. That is the market value of t

Maharaja Surajmal Institute of Technology is good for BCA.
It is one of the best options in IPU. MSI is better than VIPS. MSI offers good placement records as companies visiting here are more in numbers. Secondary factors which make it good are infra, environment and distance from your home. And I should say this, MSI has quite a good infra and environment. On the whole, yes, it will give you great opportunities, what matters is how you utilise it. Here a student's intellectual level is good as compared to other colleges.

Maharaja Surajmal is better among all, as the college has one of the best campuses in IPU. MSI has a faculty which is diverse too. You will find teachers to be really good at their subjects, but one thing they all have in common is that they all encourage you to take part in activities and organize events. They will guide you in any way possible and most of them are really cooperative too. On the website of MSI, you will find a list of all companies, which came to MSI and recruited the students. MSI has a 5-storey building which is in a good condition. All the classrooms are clean and many of them have projectors and ACs. This MSI buil

The difference between 1st shift and 2nd shift is of Timings. As 1st shift is 8:00 am-2:00 pm, and 2nd shift is 2:00 pm-6:00pm
1st shift offers you more time in hand. You have a lot of time to roam around, pursue a hobby, go back and relax, study- in short, anything you wish to do
2nd shift, there is no time for any other activity or usual outings after college, until and unless you've permission to enter your home late. The rules are stricter in 2nd shift. More discipline, more stress over attending not-so-useful labs, higher attendance criteria. But then, there's absolutely no difference or biasing on the basis of difference in shifts

MSIT is not much famous than BVP and MAIT, so you will lag behind the guys of MAIT or BVP with same level of competency. BVP and MAIT have a fair amount of coders, meet them, learn from them. Don't see cons of any thing. Think them as opportunity to turn them into pros and everything in the world will conspire to make you achieve what you dream. If you will see the cons, then even IIT will have some, leave usit and mait. For a aspiring coder the preference should look like this :
1. MAIT - CSE
2. MAIT - IT
3. BVP - CSE
4. BVP - IT. I don't think msit as a better option, still if you smell any opportunity, do join it. May be you can emerge
