Yes, you will be eligible to re appear for the subjects you could not do well. You can give the improvement exam for the three subjects. But, reappearing for the subjects is not possible as per my opinion.

Yes, one can appear for improvement exams twice:In July after the results are announced.Next year in March 2024 with other regular students.

For improvement examination, only one chance in the succeeding year is permitted. Hence, no you cannot appear for the improvement exam for the next year. You'll have to repeat class 12th HSC boards again.

Year 2023, Top 20 percentile score for GEN is 351 out of 500For OBC NCL ot is 356, For SC And ST it is 336. While calculating your marks, you have to Take English Physic, Chemistry and Mathematics, compulsory. The remaining 1 subject to calculate you marks is optional, You can take any 1 subject other than mentioned above in which you have get good score. This is how the total marks is out of 500 for 5 subject, even though in Maharashtra we give exam for more than 5 subject, but while calculating top 20 percentile we have to consider only 5 subject. It will help you.

Yes, if during the improvement exams your marks did not get any better the previous marks will be considered.

For the improvement examination to be held in February-March 2023, for class 12th, the HSC board has issued a PDF sighting all the details of the syllabus available on the HSC board site. Also, it is of the reduced format. Exactly which part of the syllabus has been reduced could be known through referring the PDF.

Dear Student, Maharashtra Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination Maharashtra HSC conducts HSC and SSC examinations twice a year. After releasing the results of the Maharashtra State Board, the board conducts improvement examinations for students who are not satisfied with their marks or have failed one or two subjects.
