Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has strict rules regarding latecomers in HSC exams:Students are not allowed entry into the exam hall after 10:30 am and 3:00 pm, which is when the written exams begin for the morning and afternoon sessions respectively. There's no leniency even with a valid reason for being late. This strictness is due to recent incidents of question paper leaks.
