So, COEP is out of question if you're looking through centrelized admission procedure. COEP has its own admission process for JEE students where they declare merit list taking account of 12th and JEE results combined. You can try for VIT Pune, MIT_WPU, PICT, Walchand, Bharati Vidyapeeth. If you belong to reserved category and have Maharashtra state domicile, you may get admit into VNIT (NIT Nagpur) under home quota.

You can try next year as the admission procedure is already done for MIT wpu. You can try at MIT-adt or MANET. As you have not specified your jee or CET percentile as well as 12th board marks, there is no way I can tell if you can get an admit. If you want this year's stats for CSE in mit-wpu the last list cut-off was near to 87 percentile.
