Normally, the cut-offs for colleges affiliated to Pune University for entry through diploma range from 80-90+%. You can try inquiring to college authorities for further information.

Mit-Pune has started B.Arch courses recently (2 years ago), therefore not much is known about their quality of education for B.Arch courses. In terms for architecture courses I think it would be better to choose RV college of architecture over mit-Pune (mit-wpu ). .

Yes, you can apply for B.Tech at MIT-WPU through MHT-CET only. Make sure you fulfil their basic eligibility criteria i.e. 50% marks in class 12th (PCM). As for the cut-off, MIT-WPU has its own admission procedure where you get WPU rank based on your profile. The WPU rank will decide whether you will get a seat in your desired branch. The whole admission process is transparent where real-time admission process and seat allotment will be screened in front of you.

Sorry to say, but your marks may not be sufficient to fulfil the cut-off criteria of government colleges. Try for private colleges, some private colleges are at par or even better than most of the government colleges.

Well, you may have a moderate chance of getting CSE at MIT-WPU with your MHT-CET score. For CSE/IT, you can opt for Bharati Vidyapeeth, PCCOE and AISSMSSE. If you are considering management quota then you can also apply for PICT.
