Hello Prithviraj,
MIT, Pune is in the field of education for about 35 years and has become one of the leading institutions of not only Maharashtra but of India. These days robotics is the course much in demand and one needs quite high scoring to get admission. I would say that you should aim for at least 80 and above percentile for getting admission in this course.

Hello Vinayak, the marks which can get you admission in MIT, Pune for petroleum engineering differ from year to year and hence anything which I may state here may not be valid for the coming year. However what is important is to know admission process and the basis on which admissions are given for undergraduate studies in this Institute. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about the process of getting admission in this Institute.

Dear friend,
As per my choice, MIT. But if you get IBS, Hyderabad then only you can take a chance, otherwise, as per the ROI, MIT is a better choice.
Best wishes.

Dear friend,
It will be more helpful if you choose the first option as you are from the civil background. But one thing which I want to say is that please know about the reviews of that college before going there, I think this will not spoil your time and money.

I would say, research about the opportunities in both the courses and see what is for you or what suits you and then choose.
